For wallet product also need to inspect the quality of the original material and the quality of the goods.But do you know the process of the inspection?

 

All of the material will be in the warehouse.We will check all of the material of the wallet ,including leather ,lining ,hardware,and packing material.If the colour and quality is not good ,the QC will take it out,and buyer will contact with supplier to discuss remake for us.We can promise to that there is no bad quality material go to next step.

 

The workship will take material from warehouse,the workers will confirm the wallet material again.after confirmed ,they will start next step which is cut material,after they cut the material ,the worker will caculate the quantity also will check the leather one piece by on piece.if have any problem ,they will take it out ,and ask the worker to cut again.

 

After cutting the material and all of the material is ready,the workers will start mass produstion ,then will check again.every team hav a QC who will check the quality of the material and wallet.Once they find bad quality ,the wallet will be repaired.

 

After the wallet is finised,all of the goods need to be packing ,before packing ,the QC will check the wallet one piece by one piece.which is the last inspection in HASSION wallet factory.this is very strict.
