Recently Franch introduced the  "new environmental protection act" (Grenelle2) requirements:the wallets and purses sales in French will be  mandatory disclosure of environmental information, including to mark its entire life cycle (from raw materials, manufacturing, transportation, waste to the entire process of recovery) carbon content and packaging of goods, i.e. in the production process emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) were identified in the product label, to inform consumers of the product carbon information. The bill has been passed in July 12, 2010 July 1, 2011, will start trial operation for at least 1 years. This means that all of wallet manufacturers need to be put "carbon label" in the future.
